Create (Default Action)
This action used for scheduling new jobs. It allows user to specify basic properties of new job and configure it immediately after creation.
SCHEDULE NEW JOB
This action also adds a new scheduled job. It is implemented as a Drag-and-Drop action that accepts contexts of any type. The user is prompted to select an action to schedule from the context that was dropped onto the Scheduled Jobs context.
