While AggreGate is extensively documented, users don't always know where to start looking for the solution to their problem. Also, complex operational scenarios may require a combination of several AggreGate skills -- A creative approach is sometimes necessary. Our Support staff can train you to resolve these situations. They will refer you to the documentation and provide any extra information needed, so that you can successfully implement your own solution.

In addition to spot-on referral to documentation, we also provide complete, structured AggreGate Training. These training allow you to proactively prepare your organization for deploying AggreGate, rather than waiting for trouble to strike. The training covers:

Training Options

We offer several variants of online and on-site training:

• Online Webinar Series (1 hour each, dedicated to a specific subject)
• Online Courses (one-to-one training using Skype and screen sharing, 4 days/2 hours per day)
• On-Site Training (customer site, one or more trainees)
